Maddy Redman
SERVICE COORDINATOR
I have a passion for diving, photography, and Pilates.
I am originally from Tasmania, but I definitely call Cairns home now.
I've travelled and have had the opportunity to live and work in several countries where English was not the first language (French and Spanish).
I enjoy everything North Qld has to offer from rainforest exploring, nature hikes, snorkelling off islands and shallow reefs, scuba diving, camping, fishing etc etc
When I'm not doing any of that I'm taking my dog to a freshwater creek 😀
I absolutely love living here. -

Tafua Peseta
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Hi Folks! My name is Tafua, I am a Kiwi born in NZ and a Samoan decent. I’ve been living in Cairns for several years now. I love the Cultural diversity and enjoy the dynamics of being a fun-going individual. When it comes to music you can count on me to sing songs to entertain communities at large. My passion is to help people to become confident within themselves to pursue their goals in life. I often reflect of the thought we are made up of our own ideas. If this is so, then we can become anyone who we dream to be, start dreaming and believe it will come to pass.
In this present moment, I look forward to working amongst the greatest who have a heart of supporting people in their general wellbeing, hence choosing Pinnacle. ‘The real deal!’

SUPPORT WORKER
I’m a music lover, particularly into rock and roll, and recently discovered Postmodern Jukebox. Despite lacking talent, I love belting out karaoke songs. Born in London, I’ve called Cairns home for 20 years, enjoying its beautiful surroundings and strong community. I work with people with disabilities, finding it both challenging and humbling. It’s more than a job—it’s a vocation. Supporting clients is a joy, and I learn from them every day. Live by The Golden Rule, and tomorrow will be bright
